I got the $20 family meal promo and they forgot my biscuits. I didn't know until I got home half an hour later.

Mike was amazeing with helping every step of the way thank y'all so much.

Out of product offerings, got both orders wrong and original was dark and wet greasy OLD burnt tasting . Will never return as this was second visit with same. We will not return.

I've had no food for 6 days and you messed up a two step order. That's appropriate for a busy place, but you are never busy.

Typical KFC. Decent food and usually quick service.
