I never leave a review, but this restaurant was beyond ridiculous. It’s a fast food restaurant that only serves fried chicken tenders. We went in the restaurant hoping for a quick feed for a two year old. There were about 30 people sitting at tables and others standing. Not a single person had food! It took 35 minutes to get our food, and then the order was wrong. The entire time we waited, only two dine in customers received their food. The drive thru was serviced and the to-go/delivery orders were processed quickly, but dine-in customers had to wait. Completely unacceptable.

This location is usually a great experience, but lately, it seems like they are hiring nothing but lazy entitled jerks lacking any type of maturity. Some of the females working the lobby and drive thru are (I'll put it nicely) horrible. They are rude.. lazy... they can't seem to get orders right.. can't even greet customers.. Looks like they need a new manager. Until then I won't be back. I'll gladly drive to Chick-fil-A where their employees know how to act like adults and put a little more effort into their jobs.

I think we all understand that places are understaffed and overwhelmed. But cleanliness is something you CANNOT look over. We don’t eat here very often because of this very fact. One time maybe a mistake. Second time inexcusable. This is gross. Besides standing behind the counter worrying about who said by to who and checking your phone. Pick up a rag and wipe the tables and counters and make sure things are clean and stocked. You lost a customer.
