They have great bagels, I like the food here. However, the service at this particular one was a bit off, the staff seemed distracted and disorganized. It took about 10 min to get my order which seemed slow. The lobby was kind of a mess and seemed like no one had cleaned it.
I love this chain’s bagels, but every time I go in here the wait is very long, even with just a few people in line. There’s no express line just to buy dry bagels so you end up waiting for 15 minutes while these customized sandwiches are ordered, figure it out management
Maybe the worst service...order lost, then 30 min more to demand simple bagel w lox. Understaffed!!
On June 29th I placed an order online at 8am for a 10am pickup for 14 Texas brisket bagels. When I arrived there was a sign at the door saying the store was closed due to the workers not showing up. But nobody notified me so there I was with no lunch for a working crew. I had to scramble an alternative option. I did call the store and they said oh don't worry I will make sure it gets refunded. Well you bet right? You don't make the order so of course you have to refund me. Well it is now a month later and my $130.34 were never refunded. When I call corporate there is an automated message. When I call the store nobody answers. I have never experienced such atrocious customer service. We understand problems can happen, but in that case my order should have been cancelled instead of charged as if it was made. And since that never happened at least the manager should have refunded it as she said she would... well we are still waiting for the refund. Terrible is an understatement.
