Arby's - Soldotna

Food was fresh and the dining area was very clean. The staff was nice but Nick went above and beyond. Checked on is a few times and was extra kind to my son with autism. He is very picky so we didn't order him any food but he still game my son a toy that would have gone in a kid's meal. It made his day and meant so much to me. Thank you again Nick.

One of the workers who has dyed hair was amazing and nice. I had one incident with another female worker there I don 't remember her name all that it starts with a c she was rude and when she 's not paying attention to customers or orders. I would hear her constantly talk about times and bad about other workers and past workers. It made me uncomfortable hearing someone who 's a manager talk that bad about employees, but not only workers but customers too.

Ordered cheeseburger and the fish sticks. The fish sticks were good but the cheese burger was cooked RARE. Not acceptable for fast food restaurant to serve RARE burger unless specifically requested. Didn't find out until I was down by the river. Ended up tossing it out.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered chicken nuggets, my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich, the both of us ended up with terrible food poisoning, obviously undercooked chicken, I will never be eating here again. Have been sick for days

Tried thier Wagu Beef hamburger and it was medicore at best. Then you add the sky rocket high price (8.59) for it, and you have a failure. Won't be back for a while!!
