Mcdonald's Birmingham Chelmsley Wood

The restaurant was in disarray. Six delivery drivers were waiting for their orders, while a wall full of food and two managers tried to control the chaos. Staff members were arguing with each other, and my order was completely incorrect. I had requested three McMuffin meals but only received two in my bag. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. This McDonald's is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced.

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. You would think that they would be prepared for a busy breakfast crowd, but we waited a long time for our food. The cappuccinos were more like milk and the food was sloppily thrown into containers, with sauce leaking out. We ultimately decided to throw our meals away. The staff should be replaced just like the food was.

I would give this restaurant a lower rating if possible. I received cold food from the drive-thru, went back to the window to have it fixed, but was given more cold food that had been reheated in the fryer, making it greasy. The burger was also extremely greasy, unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Additionally, for the past few months, between midnight and 6 am, they never have ice cream or milkshakes available. A worker informed me that they dislike cleaning the machine, so they just leave it until the morning. The food was completely inedible, and I do not plan on returning. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.

By far the worse Mcdonalds in the country. Never have milkshakes the machine is constantly out of order to the point it actually a surprise if they have them. Fries are usually undercooked and never warm. Don’t go here.

Good. Food tasty food arrived on time very hot luck as I don’t live too faar from this McDonald’s so yh everyone go give this McDonald’s a try
