We had lunch here the other day and it was just outstanding. We ate out on the patio and the landscaping and view is just stunning. Service was great. I ate a lobster roll that was overflowing and delicious. My friend had an app and a squash bisque that were both really good too. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
Calamari was sent back came out cold and tasted fishy. Was extremely disappointed that the French dip sandwich wasn't available... didn't realize it's a seasonal menu. The view, of course, is lovely, flies indoors are never welcome way too many!!!
Food disappointing (apparently there were issues with the kitchen staff, three people fired that morning) and after almost an hour wait, our brunch entries came out cold. Bat Manager gave us a small discount but if he looked at our plates, he would have seen the food was basically untouched. This place is hit or miss...been there before and had a good experience, but likely won't be back.
The food and our server were both top notch. However, as soon as we entered the restaurant we could tell it was very warm inside and that made for a very uncomfortable time while trying to enjoy our meal. It was a very hot day, but it was obvious to everyone that there was a problem with the air conditioning and circulation in general. The wait staff were very aware of the situation and kept apologizing...we even asked if speaking to the Manager would help and they told us the Manager was well aware of the temperature inside.
