Contribuisci feedbackI've had to stop going to this subway. Like many of the people who have left reviews of this location, the main offense is the customer service. The manager (or owner, I'm not sure) of this location is absolutely terrible with how he treats customers ANDthe employees. Pretty much every time I've had the misfortune of going in there, he's always arguing with/giving customers ahard time and an attitude. God forbid you take more than 5 seconds to figure out what you want to order. The last time I wasthere, he was being such a terrible person to an employee who had very clearly just started working there. The employee wastrying their best and the manager/owner or whatever he is, was just talking down to them. I emailed corporate about it but neverheard back. I try not to say this in any reviews I post, but AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. No business that treats theircustomers and employees so poorly deserves to get your money.
Not a pleasant experience. I ordered online and food was suppose to be ready at expected time. But quite disappointing because they started making when I reached there. I could have done that without putting my info online. Waste of time. Needs timemanagement
They are perfect when you're looking for a reliable deli-style sandwich. They will customize it to your liking without any hesitation. I give them a thumbs up for consistently delivering a great dining experience.
I ordered one sandwich at the counter and placed another order through the mobile app. After waiting 45 minutes for the mobile order, I noticed my sandwich was just sitting behind the counter. When I asked the employee to hand it to me, she rudely replied that I would have to wait. I also inquired about the mobile special, but they didn't have any information about it. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
This is the fourth time I've found them closing at 7:30 p.m. instead of the advertised 8 p.m.! The sign clearly states they are open until 8.
