Dunkin' - Somerville

The half of the time is good to them. Nothing to write to home, but they get the job done. days like today, not so much. I put an order for a drink and a breakfast sandwich. 9 minutes later I'll be there, and there's no article ready, which was a little strange, because the only other people there have already finished eating. then I say they can't make my sandwich because they don't work. I'll tell them to pay back the money for the sandwich. she says I should do it on the app. I declare that I cannot delete items when the order has been placed. she says I'm supposed to come next day and she'll make my sandwich. I'm telling her this is not an option. I ask her to repay the money, and she says she will make that sandwich, but it takes a few minutes. they actually lied that the one of them did not work, and made only that sandwich, because they did not know how to refund.

This dunkin has nitro coffee! they look dead, dunks come for them with a delicious cotender. this load is super clean and the staff super efficient and friendly parking: many parking spaces directly on the main road

I visit this place very often because I'm on the way to work or home, but the service and the workers are terrible! they have no maniacs and the worst of all they don't care! pity to the owners that they don't act on this matter, can they get nothing really sad? very sad!

Very bad branch, worker don’t know what they are doing , waiting for service for very long !She spelled my coffee and she didn’t even change my cup, I had to call out loudly to be heard twice !Not recommended at allFirst and last time here
