We were fortunate to have him personally serve us, and I was truly impressed by his warm and accommodating service. For starters, we had the Sydney rock oysters and crumbed calamari, both of which were excellent. For our main courses, we enjoyed the rib eye, lamb, and snapper, all cooked to perfection. Simon generously surprised us with complimentary chardonnay and red wine that paired beautifully with our dishes—what a wonderful host! Overall, it was money well spent, and I highly recommend that anyone passing by stop in for dinner.
Oh my goodness, what an incredible place! I didn't want to leave. The lobster my husband ordered was delicious, and my lamb shoulder was absolutely divine. And we can't overlook the chocolate walnut brownie with caramel sauce—it's a must-try! This is the best food I've had in quite some time. The hospitality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
The calamari at Portsea Grill ranks among my top two favorites of all time! It was beautifully presented. For my main course, which was a special, I ordered crispy roast pork served in broth with Asian greens. As promised, the pork was exceptionally crispy and delicious. For dessert, I had the lemon tart, and it was bursting with zesty goodness. Overall, it was a casual and enjoyable dining experience, and I can't wait to explore more items on the menu when I return to Portsea. Thank you!
Oh, the lamb shoulder was absolutely incredible—so tender! The whole Barramundi was also fantastic, along with the Arancini. The oysters were large and delectable. The staff were wonderful, even when things got busy. I will definitely be coming back. I apologize for the lack of photos; I was too busy enjoying the meal! You're going to love this place!
I enjoyed some delicious seafood dishes here, and the fish was incredibly fresh. The restaurant was empty during my visit, which made the atmosphere feel a bit chilly. However, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I did find the waiter's attire to be a bit too casual for my taste. Unfortunately, there was no parking available in the complex, even for customers, which was disappointing—I had to park outside.
