My little girls birthday party was cancelled suddenly with just 2 weeks notice. I was told this was due to new owners closing for a month and refusing to honour old bookings. I have a heartbroken little girl, and the stress of finding somewhere else at such short notice. To the new owners, we have been frequent visitors in the past, and you have made sure that we will never visit again. I hope going forward you treat your customers much better, as this is a terrible way to introduce yourselves and start off your new business, and I will never again recommend Big Tops, nor any future re branding!

First time I had been I took the grandkids it was quite and plenty of room to run around for them . Impressed with the coffee and the young women that served us is a credit to the company. Good pricing for the food and may try next time as I thought it would be over priced but how wrong . Will go sgain

Could do with some form of air-conditioning or proper ventilation gets redhot

Came today, the older lady was very condescending and had an awful attitude. Second time this has happened, too may rules and talked to like im 12! Have you ever wondered why your play centre is empty and others are full?

Went yesterday granddaughter who is 4 absolutely loved it she said it’s her bestest play Centre and we have been to quite a lot. Amazing friendly staff and very clean. Food was nice to.
