Service is never great. Food is very good. Even my picky child enjoys it. Parking lot is horrible.
Avoid this place. They have consistently failed to send us the correct order, my wife and I are officially done giving them chances.We use DoorDash but they are not the issue. The receipts for our orders are correct and accurate, this issue is with Einstein employees just throwing whatever they want into the bag and sending it out. They could care less about the details of the order, a sandwich is a sandwich and a pastry is a pastry.Doordash takes care of reimbursing us when we report it, this is not the issue. The quality of the food is not the issue. The issue is the annoyance of opening my food to see they got it wrong AGAIN and having to deal with the headaches of making it right AGAIN. If it’s out of stock, be better about keeping those lists updated. I just want my damn bear claw!We’ll be ordering from Panera from now on.
I am not a review leaving type of person. But when it is bad it's bad! I just ordered a brisket bagel with a couple extras on it which cost extra, a cinnamon roll and a fruit cup. I paid like 40 bucks. I used door dash so delivery fee etc. My meal from here was about 26 bucks. The bagel had barely and I mean barely any brisket on it considering one big chunk was fat then my other couple pieces had meat hard as a rock on it. I paid 18.14 for just the bagel...The photo made it worth paying the money but to my surprise it was not worth it at all! Everything tasted like it was old. Meat tasted old. My cinnamon roll was literally hard as a rock even though the menu states it is ooey and gooey. It was old and stale for sure! The only thing that was enjoyable was the fruit cup. Also door dash came right on time. Has nothing to do with door dashes service. It was all quality of products. I basically paid tons of money for a fruit cup. Very disappointed. Would never order from again probably. Costs way too much money to be given junk/old food.
They would have received all 5 stars had the person I ordered from displayed some basic customer service skills. She was snappy because I was asking questions about some bagels. She acted like I interrupted her day yet I was the only customer inside. A tip jar…… I did pass this time for obvious reasons. I highly recommend Einstein bagels and I also highly recommend a new or repeat of employee customer service training.
