Huichi Rincon Huasteco - South Bend

Was looking for a great place for Pupusas and tacos since leaving Las Vegas. The reviews for this place seemed really great so I came to find out for myself. The place was super clean, the girls were super nice and friendly and the food was AMAZING!!!!!!!!. Had 3 pupusas and 4 tacos. Well worth the trip from wherever you are coming from. I will for sure come back again and bring friends with me

Tiny hole in the wall we ended up at because the 2 places we had planned on going to while on that side of town were closed that day. THANK GOD they were closed. This is an incredible place to eat/get takeout from. There's a tiny abuelita in the kitchen with other (mostly ladies in multiple generations and the food reflects that. The Salsa Verde was so bright and fresh! The other sauce that came with the tacos was deep, dark, almost mole level with coffee/chocolate tones and smoked chile flavors. I put it on the french fries we got as an appetizer and it was beautiful. Horchata was the best Mexican-type I've had in the area. Spices were fully there in the first small sip. Didn't have to Will most definitely return! (This is a newer business in the same space as a previous one that also made good food according to Mexican and Mexican-food-loving friends, but I had not been there before. Cash only! I really enjoyed this restaurant. Their pupusas are amazing! In my opinion, the best ones are the bean and cheese and the chicharrón and cheese varieties. It's a small place, but the staff is very friendly. The wait time for your food is about 20 minutes, depending on how much you order. The restaurant is clean, and I plan to return to try more dishes. I highly recommend dining here!

Absolutely worth a visit! I've driven past this place many times, and today I finally decided to stop in for lunch. The food was fantastic, and the prices were great. I had a three-taco plate with a drink for just $7. There's a cozy little patio, and they offer a variety of salsas to choose from.

This restaurant is perfect for enjoying fantastic tacos or burritos that are as big as your forearm. The portion sizes for the price are unbeatable. It's conveniently located and easy to spot from the road, and the staff are very friendly.
