We ordered the Belgian waffles and the Sunday quiche. We also have mimosas. In any case, you can enjoy a meal here if you are in South Bend and take a ride on the elevator to the oldest elevator in Indiana and the 2nd oldest in the USA!
Made reservations here during Restaurant Week and I'm very glad I did! The building is gorgeous, so take time to go through the rooms that are open to the public. They also have escape rooms, if you enjoy that kind of activity! The food was delicious and the portions were large enough that I couldn't finish my main course. The staff was very friendly! I recommend a drink at the bar upstairs before dinner.
Our group of 13 enjoyed Sunday brunch here after a weekend-long bachelorette party in Michigan. Erica was our waitress and she was AMAZING. Besides taking care of us, she was also helping other tables as well. Everything came out super hot and fresh, our coffee and water were always full, and she was so patient with some rather complicated dietary restrictions in our group. All the food was delicious and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for the great experience!
Came for a Christmas dinner here. The waiting staff was great! The first-class rib dinner was delicious and the cheese cake was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere is an old historic mansion that can be walked around for hours. Loved our dinner and experience here!
We were on the move and found Tge restaurant on their website. The pictures loved trying it out. We had a great experience. It was busy when we were there, but the waitress was happy to take our table, although she was pretty busy. Service was pleasant, very attentive to order large suggestions of food. Our meals were cooked to order, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. We loved exploring the building that learns the history of the house. I highly recommend eating here.
