Kfc - South Bend

Although very short staffed this evening as the kid said we are limited as our cook called off tonight. We got something simple (which is what I wanted (famous bowl and mac n cheese bowl w chicken and the kid(might have been older but lookedyoung was very sweet and quick also and very polite. This young man was so awesome and very kind even though I think he wasoverwhelmed. Thank you to the young man who served us this evening.

I ordered a 16 piece family bucket meal with extra biscuits and an extra side. It was 70$. I was short 7 pieces of chicken, my large sides were not large, I went through the drive thru so by the time I noticed it was wrong I was already home. I live over30 minutes away, by the time I would have drove back to kfc to get it fixed and made it back home the rest of the food wouldhave been cold. Normally I dont complain, but if I'm spending that much on food for one meal I expect to at least geteverything I paid for.

Eating was old and cooked far over. the nuggets in the meal of my child and my meal were nothing but broth. somehow no flesh. will never be delivered again by this place.

The food was cold. The lobby was dirty with dead flies and spiders in the windowsill. Spider webs and dirty floor and tables… if what we can see looks like this, what does what we can’t see look like?

The food here is great, and the employees are so friendly. Best chicken place in town
