Papa Johns Pizza - South Bend

New stuffed crust pizza is amazing, glad they finally got this on the menu after years of pizza hut out doing them in this aspect.

I work overnights and sometimes I am asked at the last minute to work over. It's nice to have a reliable option for food, let alone great pizza. My favorite is their Chicken bacon BBQ Papadia. I delate onions and add pineapple. In short it is the bomb and filling. Decent customer service too. Not bad option for the price. Did I mention they are reliable too?

Excellent experience with papa john. it was a Sunday evening, so it was a 50-60 minute waiting, but the pizza was actually delivered faster than that. the driver was very friendly and the pizza was made perfect. not complaining. I would hope that all my pizza order experiences were so good!

My pizza was 45 minutes lateCold. Slide sideways. All that you could think imaginable. Nightmare. The assisted ordering staff company did a great job taking my order... however the management of ignored answering my phone call for 45 minutes and thus I was hungry and ate an outer slice of this already unappetizing Za. Behold she answers. I explain the situation and she actually hangs up on me because I asked why it took 45 minutes to answer my phone number when my order was already called about at the 1hr delivery mark...Just annoyed. I use to order from there and even carry out was slow but man...really went down hill

Placed online delivery order at 6:20pm, email said 30 minutes. When that came and went, called the store and the automated system said delivery by 7:02pm. That came and went with no pizza. Called store at 7:15pm, they said order hasnt even been started yet, I asked how long and they say 20-25 minutes. Called back at 7:45 and was told they still havent started it so I told them to cancel. If you have to get Papa Johns, I would definitely recommend an different store.
