Starbucks - South Bend

The drive-thru service took 15 minutes to complete an order for two people, and the manager, Jamie, was quite rude when I asked why it was taking so long. This behavior was very unprofessional.

I don’t understand why this place has such a bad reputation. The food doesn’t taste bad, but it all seems frozen and reheated. The coffee isn’t to my liking, so I can only offer limited praise for the food. Overall, it feels overpriced for what you get.

This is a fantastic restaurant. My wife has been coming here for years. I plan to visit in the morning. The staff is always very friendly, and the service is usually quick, depending on the time of day. You can really stretch your budget here; there's more than enough to satisfy anyone's appetite!

The lack of vegan options was extremely discourageable but there was a worker who went beyond and beyond to make the experience pleasant and to us something as close to what we could get as best as possible. since when are the ice-coverers not green?

I absolutely love this store. i’ve been going here since i was 11, i’m 17 now. i love all of the people that work here, they are always so kind and always have such a bubbly personality and are always so sweet and put their whole heart into everything that they make. they all definitely deserve a raise. u003c3
