Wendy's - South Bend

Wendy worst’s ever! for lunch the staff sat in the cabins that was on the front counter on the phone in the bathroom. when she was done, they didn't even wash the hands. the personal was loud and rude that we went without order. dirty eclectic bathroom and dining area. would never recommend it!

I called to inform them about the things that are not included in my order, but I got a record that they were on the other line and called back later. So here I am. I ordered an apple pecan salad, and it came without the pecans, and without the blue cheese. for the price I expect these things or a statement and discount if they are not available.

On Wednesday night he stopped. the half of the menu has been turned off. about the half of the softdrinks were not available. 3 items ordered....2/3 were made wrong and all 3 cheeseburgers were cold and muddy. the frosty machine did not work, but we did not say that only after the payment. also the bathroom was rough and not clean. really disappointing and frustrating experience.

It's short! I called to find out if I could come to the restaurant and was told no about personal problems, but I could command you as a walk at the window. I knocked on the window, but I was told that a command could not be placed as a walk up. then the person was checked and corrected. the order was even taken with ne pommes without salt.(They are heavy-handed w/salt). the order was correct and eating was good and fast considering that this place is short occupied. I came back this week for a busy schedule. normally I don't eat at almost food places within a short time. agsin, short staff and the staff were not helpful. in fact, the woman in the window was angry and she let me know that they were short-served. her angier disturbed the correctness of the order and the overall experience. the personal was different from my first visit.

More than once they have messed up my order either putting things on my food I requested be left off or not giving me food I ordered and then when you try to call to get a resolution for the problem, no one answers the call. This Wendy's falls below others in the area on quality service
