TL;DR: ariake on grey fits to an interesting niche where it offers a series of different Japanese styles, but with a large focus on several aspekte of the kitchen. this is just the beginning as it also has a good aesthetic and layout that would be worth stopping for and in the atmosphere. with all the small touches that a restaurant that is something different and a rewarding supplement to the surrounding south bank area. it may have just begun, but this could be location. below the southpoint complex apartments at the rande of the south bank are several new restaurants, one of which is here that hides itself a hidden nugget, which is in the simple view with some...read more

Wouldn't go back here for food unless it was convenient/everything else was closed the rice dishes were better than the noodles dishes. less flavour in the noodles dishes/udon. no other foods/vegetables. no gluten free options. packaging meant for takeaway even if you eat there. drinks were standard, just stuff you'd find at chatime etc no wow worthy foods. overall an average experience
