All staff were quiet and one member of staff wandered around with a tray of food in the back for 5 mins before taking it to customer. They don't use computer screens just get a quiet person to attempt to shout the orders ready to collect. On way out the wandering member of staff was stood In the aisle on her phone.

Always seems busy, they know what their customers want and provide it in a speedy and efficient service.

You place your order at the counter and then find a seat. Your food and drinks are promptly delivered to your table. This system works well for me.

I decided to try the special offer for a double Big Mac during the Kids Week teatime treat. It was just what I was looking for. The ordering process was easy with the touch screen, and then we received table service. Our drinks arrived shortly after we sat down, followed by our food a few minutes later. It was a splendid experience.

The food is always cold, and the majority of staff don’t really care. Always a long wait due to the amount of delivery companies picking up food for delivery.
