Joy's Health Sanctuary

I love Joy's my current favourite is the jerk chickn stew, but there's lots of choice.

First I love how Vegan Flavours (formerly known as Joy's Health Sanctuary) in the arcade shop before and inside is beautiful. Fab Menu! We loved the Vegan Oxtail and the Sweet Fried Plantain. The lasagna was right, really tasteful. This is by far the best Caribbean food I had. Friendly atmosphere and great service. A jewel in Catford, definitely recommend. Really good value. Many smoothies and cakes even if you just want to dip for a light bite. Updated by previous rating on 2022 07 23

Delicious, incredible food that is amazing value for money

I love this place! I just have to say they're driving a Vegan Jerrk chicken! I haven't tried much since I was always on the Jerk chicken and the family that runs it was always so friendly and I'll just come back, don't stop me now!
