Mallow - South East London

Really enjoyed my food here, a slightly more upmarket take on Mildreds (all dishes 1 more expensive My friend and I had the thali and tempeh noodle salad which were great portions but other dishes looked a bit on the small side!

Mallow is just what I needed….vegan….brilliant food…..great atmosphere……friendly staff. Really recommend it.

The food was hit/miss and the service was so incredibly slowwwwwww. The bread with the charcoal butter was tasty and unusual. Our appetizer tasted nice, particularly the dip. But things went downhill as it related to the entrees. The chicken sandwich was just OK. The layered potato with an artichoke side was terrible. The potato was so dry and the artichokes had an odd flavor. It's very rare I leave an artichoke behind and I left basically all of them behind at Mallow. A bit of a disappointing experience for us...

Sitting on Tuesday night and eating was good, but lasted a long time to arrive. the personal was apologetic about the delays. the starters were better than the net, so I would get several small plates instead of when I visit again. lime meringue pie was amazing!

The food was sooo good, I got their burger and it was flavourful, the bun was also fluffy and crispy and just an enjoyable experience. The deserts were a very nice ending and well presented loved it and Recommendthis place!
