Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Elgin

This location is very busy coming with many customers and going. I had a Carnitas bowl and toppings with extra Zilantro, for which they did not charge extra. Delicious, full and healthy as expected. Bright interior and clean.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the service at this point. Lately, I was disappointed to visit other Chipotle sites. We went in and there was a long line, so we had to wait. The guy who prepares the food, Luke, was very efficient and we didn't have to wait long. What surprised me more was that Luke was super nice and prepared our food with a smile. I wish more employees of Chipotle were like Luke! Thank you!

Okay, so that we visited this situation years ago when it opened, it was blah. But decided to revive it, it's really better now. Good taste for rice meat. Definitely will come back. White rice is different, but delicious. Oh yes, don't forget the Queso-Dip!!! All right. Also in the West Dundee location, this place has better taste.

I have a chicken burrito with rice and cheese, it was okay, but everything was shut down. Rice on 1 side chicken on the other and cheese on the bottom. It would have been nice if it would be better mixed

Food was on time, but was missing sour cream and red salsa. Ordered extra corn and regular portion of pollo asada, received very little of both.
