Contribuisci feedbackI recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff.Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference from the employees, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. Despite the lack of a busy rush, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff appeared disorganized and unprepared to handle even the simplest of orders.Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager on duty, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. It's evident that there is a severe lack of training and leadership at this establishment.Overall, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others against visiting this location until significant improvements are made in staff professionalism and customer
This place needs to be shut down. I presume this is a couple and their son. They all should have stayed in the country that they're from. They brought way too much attitude to America. Customer service is horrible. They're very rude.
