Taqueria Jimenez - South Lake Tahoe

I ordered the chicken quesadilla. It's pretty good! Everything is very cheap and you get a lot of food. I feel like chicken quality could be just a bit more, but for $7.00 is not bad at all! I recommend you stop! It is recommended that they only take cash. No debit or credit.

The food was great! We ordered the bovine quesadilla and a super ahodago (similar to a wet burrito) for lunch and went back to dinner and ordered 10 tacos (marinized beef, shredded beef, beef steak, roasted pork and Mexican sausage). All foods tasted great! The Queen was amazing! Every penny worth it! The only complaint I have is that they do not specify where their parking spaces are. Not even sure if they have any, because they hang a handwritten message about drags on the window. P.S.: they only accept cash..

Definitely an authentic Mexican restaurant with food that is as delicious tastes as Mom cooked it at home. HUGE family style portions too. So delicious, fresh salsa and good prices. Be careful! I have a Steak Super Burrito and Mexican sandwich and not disappointed. Come on!

Great family owner small taco shop!! We stay in Harrahs and the walk down to this business was about 8min. Definitely worth the walk. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and the place was clean. And very affordable!! I ordered a super Carne Asada Burrito and it's been a long time since I had a Burrito as HUGE. I couldn't finish it in a session. If you are in the mood for Mexicans during your stay in Tahoe, I highly recommend.

Got the super burrito de carne asada. It was delicious!!! It was big so if you dont each much it will be hard to finish but no problem with me because I had my husband finish it. Prices are pretty decent at this place. Added pictures of prices.
