Wing looks dry, but they are juicy and tasteful. Tri-Tip is also worth trying. Friendly waitress and dog friendly. At night I was there, they had Piggyback Bourbon for $5, so make sure to ask for every daily need.
A late lunch with our group of 10. The menu was somewhat limited, but I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. Had to try the snail whisky sundae- delicious! The staff was happy and attentive.
Don't open until 12pm on a Sunday. The smell inside was a bit funky. Service was amazing, the 2 people working were amazing and very attentive to everyone. Beer was nice and cold a went down very well. I ordered a half a rack of ribs and they were from the day before, dry and crusty. I think they had ribs left from the day before and reheated them up. I didn't care for them at all. I also ordered the fried pig skin and that was really good, crispy and crunchy.
St Louis Rip (Entree: half size+side) : $26 Beef Brisket: (Half size) : $20 The amount of two dishes were enough for two adults. Super soft BBQ I have eaten before. Super kind servers with great vibe. Highly recommended this restaurant if you're looking for decent BBQ dining at South Tahoe.
The portions here are decent, and so is the food. The tempura cauliflower was our favorite item, followed by the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. The brisket was pretty lean, and the pulled pork had way too much vinegar. The pieces on top were good but those on bottom were drowned in vinegar. It also would have been nice if they served it with a roll. Overall not bad, but have definitely had better.
