Subway - South Ogden

Today is March 22nd. I went into subway around 7:30. I have not had subway in a really long time so I was rusty on the whole ordering process. The kind young woman in the black shirt that day, I’m not sure of her name was very patient with me and gave solid advice on what I should get for some things. Although the store didn’t have some things I wanted to order, which is my fault for coming so late I was given alternatives and didn’t feel as though I was being a nuisance for my order. Whoever that was that helped me order today I thank you and keep up the good work! I hope your bosses see it too.

I went there a couple weeks ago for a grilled chicken footlong with bacon added to it but the lettuce was gross ? and really brown. Subway should really close down, they are probably making people sick bad produce.

Ordered a 6 in. turkey the cucumbers we soggy, maybe old. The bread half was hard and stale. Why is it I feel sick, stomach ache taste like fish? There was no fish on it, very strange. I will be letting weber health department know. Did you know you can report food sickness you should. I hadn't eaten anything else so it has to be the sandwich. Just because it was DDASH THEY SHOULDNT BE SERVING OLD FOOD. Especially when someone pays more to have it delivered.

I went in last Wednesday and I was shocked with how, i guess it was the manager, was talking to her employees. She was short, Hispanic and I assume the manager. She was talking to a couple of her employees in a very irritated mean manner. It made me very uncomfortable. The customer service and food were great. Store is always clean. Just uncomfortable having to experience such unprofessional behavior while trying to get lunch.
