One of my worst experiences with staff in recent memory. Ordered something for pickup, and as I was leaving one of the wait staff stopped me. She went on a long spiel about how she was “risking her life” during the pandemic (her mask was pulled down below her chin) and “working extra hard” (all she did was hand me the bag with my food), pointing to the little tip section at the bottom of the receipt. Now I understand the importance of tips and many people’s reliance on them to survive, so while she hadn’t necessarily done anything to deserve it, I did give what I thought was a very generous 15%. Upon seeing the amount, she rolled her eyes, shooing me out the door without even as much as a “thank you.” This all happened in front of numerous other staff, none of which seemed to have a problem with it. The food itself is mediocre at premium prices. Don’t go if you value your money or your dignity as a customer.
