I love waters so much and I’ve never been at the beach in such a long time and Coopers Beach satisfied all of my summer getaway cravings! The location is awesome, the locals are very friendly and the staff are amazing! It doesn’t usually get really crowded during weekdays and i felt like we have the beach all to ourselves because we arrived early so we’re like the first beach goers in there. The beach is very clean with helpful lifeguards on duty and very accommodating. It’s quiet, peaceful and is definitely one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended!
This beach was worth the 3 hours it took to get there as well as every penny it cost to park for the day! Very clean, well maintained and the friendliest staff around! There was nothing about this beach to not like... I highly suggest visiting when in the area... I'll be back, Coopers Beach!!
Very nice beach in Southampton.Parking: $50 for the day per car. On-site parking lot next to the beach. (There is no street parking, you must pay to park).Sand: Soft and whiteBeach chairs and umbrellas available. $10 and $15, respectively (as of July 2021). Staff will bring it to you and set it up for you.Tents your own umbrellas and chairs allowed if you don’t want to rent.Crowds: I went on a Saturday early morning and there was a lot of space. After noon, the beach became very crowded. Get there early and secure a spot.Water: clean and refreshingFood and bathrooms onsite.
Definitely family oriented beach. Loved the walkway to the beach, so not difficult to walk through the sandy beach. Strongly recommend for elderly people to visit and sit and rest on the benches and walk easily to the beach area since you don't have to step on sands too much. Peaceful family beach! My favorite!
