Pizza Hut - Southend-on-Sea

Ordered online at 7pm for an 8.30pm delivery. Called at 9.10pm and told it was on its way. Finally arrived at 9.50pm manager claimed there was nothing he could do and was not his fault. Had to phone a central line to get a refund on a order I hadn’t received. Really shocking service and a three phone calls to sort it out no pizza and a whole load of hassle.

We have stayed away from Pizza Hut for a couple of years now as the food was absolutely diabolical every time. However, we really fancied a pizza and after perusing all of the usual suspects (dominos, papa Johns and just eat) we looted into the Pizza Hut website. Well, I am SO glad we decided to give you guys a second (tenth time round) chance. Not only was it incredible value for money, the food quality was OUT of this world... gone were the days of the wet, sweaty, cold in the middle Pizza. These were SO hot we couldn’t eat them for a little while.... but when we did... wow! Thank you Pizza Hut! You’ve gained back a loyal Pizza Hut customer. Keep up the good work!

Ordered online for delivery when arrived items were missing so I called them and they advised they would send the missing items out. 2 hours later still no items, paying for items I haven’t got is not something I want. poor customer service will not be using again.

Ordered on the internet in the morning for a 14.00 delivery. It turned up on time BUT, it was the wrong pizzas! How hard can it be? ..... shame, never again.

Pizza Hut is a great venue for family meal, with great Pizzas to choose from at reasonable price. Located in Southend Town Centre so handy for after shopping trips and easy to get to by train or bus, would highly recommend
