Contribuisci feedbackEvery single item was made with zero care, crunchwrap was 90% tomato, Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch was smashed and poorly made. Burrito was smashed. We got a medium instead of the large drink I ordered.
Overall seen improvement recently but my experience today was upsetting. food, Cheesy Rollup, was cold and unmelted. Cinnabon Delights pretty damn good though, perfectly warm and crispy.
Went through the drive thru with my family on our way out of town and they got our order 100% wrong. We didn’t order anything special, just items straight off the menu and not one thing we received was correct. We should’ve turned around but we had somewhere to be and didn’t have time. This was especially frustrating because we were feeding our small children and ordered foods they liked and that were safe for them to eat. I was excited that this Taco Bell could be an easy option for us when we visit, but I guess we will have to find other options now.Kid-friendliness: We ordered food for our kids that we knew that would/could eat and we didn’t get any of the things we ordered. Very frustrating
Fast and courteous service.Vegetarian options: Burrito combination was delicious, green chili, tomato, onion, lettuce and mild sauce.
Cassie at the counter and the other two gentlemen who make the food provide the most top tier customer service one could ask for. Excellent service with a smile, genuine kindness, and attention to detail in the preparation of the food goes a long way in ensuring retention of clientele and I hope they get shown the appreciation and acknowledgement they deserve from top level management as well as other customers.
