Panera Bread - Southwood Acres

Always good, tasty, reliably the same. Fresh and delicious. Delicious happy soup.

It's Panera. The food is the same. This one can be very crowded, especially since the store at Enfield Square closed. Parking is more difficult as well because the Enfield Square store had more parking available.

They should ditch the drive through. 10-15 min wait with just one car ahead of me, but what worse is the food, the portions sizes have decreased, while the prices has increased.

COLD soup not even filled to top…. Extremely bright lights….almost no chicken in my sandwich! No fireplace at this location and 69 cents extra per item like onion and feta to not be put on my sandwich…. Horrible service.

You would think in this day and age a company that serves soup and sandwiches, and salads would have more gluten-free items on the menu. They had one soup, no sandwiches, no bread, and some of the salad dressings even contained wheat. Very disappointing.
