Arby's - Spearfish

Sloooooow. 20-30 minutes to get through the drive thru. No joke. And that’s a norm there.

My son and I went for a bike ride on the Tinton Trail. We stopped here for the 2 for $7 mozzarella sticks to hold us over until dinner. They were delicious!

I was the only car in the drive through and they made me pull forward to wait. They we're rude and rushy toward me while ordering I ordered a large and received a small. Food is good service was

Stopped by for lunch, but the lobby was closed. I did not have a car, and they refused to service me on foot. Very disappointed. Had to get lunch frim the burrito place next door. .Arby’s will not get my service in the future.

Went to this location on our summer 2023 vacation after spending the afternoon at City Park. My daughter was starving and Arby's is one of the only fast food places we'll go to if there's a choice.The lobby was closed because of staffing issues but the drive through was open.The service was great, the order accuracy was on point and the food was hot and obviously fresh made, not sitting under a heat lamp.Thanks for the lunch!!Kid-friendliness: The chicken tenders and curly fries are always my daughter's fav.Parking: Ample parking available. Easy lot to get in and out of. Traffic is not an issue. In a quiet spot.
