Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Spearfish

The smoothies were tasty, but the food contained ingredients that I specifically requested to be omitted due to my food allergies. When I returned to request a refund, the staff were unsure of how to process it, so I was given a card for a complimentary smoothie instead.

Absolutely the best food I've ever had. It’s definitely worth it—treat yourself! I'm so happy to have found a place that serves genuine smoothies.

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as we decided on our order. They were very courteous and pleasant throughout our visit. Both our smoothie and food were delicious!

I went through the drive through and received the wrong order. I called them about it and the staff was so nice and understanding. They informed me they tried to stop me before I left but it was too late. They said I could come back but I was on my way to work, so the owner, Kelli, brought me my correct order to my job along with a VIP card. She was so amazing and sweet about the situation. Kelli definitely went ABOVE and beyond! Thank you!
