Logan's Grill - Speculator

We drive by this restaurant multiple times a year and have always wanted to check it out, so we finally stopped in. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was busy, but as a server myself, I understand. We sat at the bar and ordered two beers. When I asked for a menu after ordering my beer, I was told “can I pour your beer first,” which I found a bit rude as I was just trying to let them know we were also looking to order food. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and waffle fries, but did not receive my fries. The quesadilla was just okay. When I asked about my fries, I was told “guess we are out” and no alternative was offered. The bill total came to $51 for two domestic beers, a French dip, and a chicken quesadilla, which seemed a bit high. I wasn't even given the bill, just told the total, and the server walked away. This lack of professionalism has left us feeling unimpressed, and we will not be returning when we pass through next year.

This restaurant is top-notch! The service is exceptional, the food is mouth-watering, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Jeremiah and his team are truly outstanding!

This is a great bar in ADK for both food and drinks. The Habanero wings were amazing.

I really like their food. Very good, fresh, cooked perfectly, excellent taste. Comfort food. Wow, I didn't expect that. For some reason. When I first walked in, I was greeted right away, I made a pickup order. The staff was so friendly, and polite. I would definitely return to this place. I live far away from this place and would only be able to visit it once or twice a year when am on vacation, but I will do that. Everything seemed organized and to me, this is like a restaurant out in the middle of nowhere. There's barely any other restaurants around at all in Speculator, NY, close by to where I'm staying. I was offered water while I wait for my food and a seat to sit at. Order consisted of 2 orders of Buffalo Wings with Bleu cheese, and a cheddar bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The portions are decently large, and very shareable(which I did share). 11 wings. The burger was fresh, and onion rings crispy. So delish. Good job y'all. ? ?
