Contribuisci feedbackI waited in line at this restaurant for 20 minutes to order a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and a flatbread. The woman behind the counter completely ignored me and continued with her duties.
I don't know if it's just today or something, but there was another manager and she was extremely rude. Usually we have a good experience at this place with the other workers, but today was something else. first there was a long line, so we automatically understand much more with them, as we know that it is probably hectic in there, try to fill all orders. but we come to the menu and the dame that takes our order is so rude, she says she cannot hear us and if we literally scream our order and she has a huge question of employment. we get into the window and the manager comes into the window and tells us that we need to talk when they tell us that they can't hear us because the loudspeaker is under the car and many people think that it's close to the loudspeaker box (where it should be) but it's not and they rudely relais that if the girl told us that they shouldn't listen to us then we should have done. Maybe they should fix the loudspeaker? instead of asking people to shout their orders? I keep my mouth shut and repeat in my head that there is a long line so they probably had a bad morning. it closes the window and my man and I discuss that they should probably repair the loudspeaker and that today everyone is really rude, they must have heard me because it got worse from there. then they tell me they don't have sesame bagels, I say everything is in order. they give us all we have ordered, but the bagel, and I say to you, people, they have made it useful, because how would they know exactly what they are supposed to tell the worker that our order repaired, what was missing. the line was extremely long, so we waited at the front door and someone brings the bag with a newly made bagel that we watched them, so they don't even have the effort to make the bagel, and they knew exactly what was missing to tell a worker who wasn't even involved in the situation before doing. neither the women involved disturbed to come with the bagel, because they all had a attitude that we even came back and passed on the task to someone else. I hope they will go and we will get the others back because they have ruined our experience here and we honestly appreciate that we have a food place to count on.

I decided to order the sourdough bread egg and bacon sandwich. it is actually a kind of bland. even with the speck there was not much in the style of taste. the service was ok.
Every time I go to this dunkins older woman with colorful hair, is always awful to her team. I worked at dieucks and understand how stressful it is understaffed and has huge lines. I would never talk to my team like she does. you can say that she has only emphasized her more, and as a customer it is very obvious that in a bad mood she is quite around the clock and like a grown-up small child who throws a tantrum. I feel bad for all who work there with a manager.
