Pizzeria Casa Nostra - Spicewood

This restaurant is incredibly disappointing. The staff thinks that just because they're Italian, they automatically know how to make authentic Italian lasagna, but it lacks any real texture. They blame American tastes for the poor quality of their overpriced dish, which they call lasagna, at $20 a serving. After being on a strict protein shake diet for a month, I decided to treat myself to a good lasagna, but it just wasn’t to my taste. The owner was rude and unprofessional as well. Having lived in Europe for three years and enjoying authentic Italian cuisine made by Italian chefs, I can confidently say that this place would not survive if it tried to serve its version of lasagna in Italy. There are 59 million Italians around the world, but just being from Italy doesn’t make someone a qualified chef.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and although I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I must express my disappointment. The pizzas were small, overpriced, and not even enjoyable. One of them was soggy in the middle. Honestly, the pizza from the gas station near my house is better and much cheaper.

I had the cauliflower crust pizza and it was amazing! I'm not sure what else is in it, but it tastes just like a thin crust pizza, or even better, with the perfect chewiness. I ended up eating half of it all by myself! This is definitely a fantastic spot for pizza, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options.

This is a fantastic little business! You have amazing service, the restaurant is always clean and looks great! Food is always hot when you ever have a problem, they will, etc. do not hesitate! I personally love all pizzas and pastas. My personal favorites and recommendation would be the Pizza Carnivora!!! I love this place!!!

This is a gem of a place! The pasta is tastingly fabulous ... not too much, not to little and just the right amount so you can enjoy their sumptuous pizza! A great selection of wines and beer. This is a family-owned Italian restaurant where the owners are hands-on and very friendly. Service is prompt and servers are knowledgeable about their food selection. And prices are quite reasonable and worth every dollar! A must-to-go place if you 're hungry and in the Bee Cave area.
