Kfc - Spokane

Absolutely delicious and what amazed me the most was one of the employees who helped me get the best deal for my buck!! I thought that that employee really cares about the customer, so I want to say thank you to that individual. Her mannerism towards me wasn't KFC doing(8 know you guy's had a part in it in teaching them about customer service, but this was different. She Her upbringing and her thoughtfulness is what grabbed my attention! Thanks again KFC for hiring her. And also for your great food, which I only eat very seldom.

I love KFC, especially their kids' meals, and I visit at least once a month. I always order the strip family meal and a couple of original legs for myself. The service may not be exceptional, but the food is consistently delicious!

Dylan, the manager at this KFC location, is the youngest manager I have ever encountered. But his exceptional service and generosity truly sets him apart. He took our order with patience and courtesy, making us feel welcome and valued. The food was served hot on trays, not in boxes, and every detail was attended to with care. Dylan infused the service with humor and warmth, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was so pleasant that we found ourselves lingering and chatting long after we had finished our meal, without any pressure to leave. The exceptional service at this KFC, led by Dylan and his extraordinary staff, has left a lasting impression on me. I will definitely be returning to this location, as it has become a new favorite. The food and service here truly exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling happy and satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this KFC on North Division for an excellent dining experience. Dylan and his team have truly made this place a joy to visit.

The service at KFC was excellent. I have been going there for years and always enjoy it. However, on Mother's Day, when we got a dinner to go, we realized there were no biscuits included. We went back to get biscuits and they also gave us a complimentary cake.
