Whataburger - Spring

If I could give no stars, I would? absolutely worse whataburger experience ever.. extremely long line.. was asked to pay at first window NOBODY was there to take payment. Got to second window, wait time even longer and the employee dropped extremelyhot coffee on me and in my car.. very disappointed.. got home and also no side of eggs in bag that I ORDERED AND PAID for. willnever be eating here again.

I went Thur t drive did not get what I ordered, called and talk to the manger and he said for me to come back and could not come back, then he said what do you want me to do about it. The were short staff they did not give all of the kids meal. And chicksandwich. Sad because I work hard for my money. Poor service.

My burgers are always dry I don?t understand why. It?s liking eating Popeyes biscuits. My fries never seem to have salt. I?m not sure if it?s this location only. I am sure I?ll never eat whataburger again. It?s totally different from the whataburgerrestaurants in Arlington. Completely turned me away.!

Horrible....I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location...???? sorry #1 I ordered wheat buns and got white...#2 it was cold and soggy...#3 ordered onion rings and they didn't put in my bag...had to go back and get it...#4 my daughter soda was flat andtasted like the filter was dirty....never again ????

This has to be the most disappointing burger I have ever received. I was wondering why the employees at the window were laughing and when I got home I was surprised to see the abomination that is this burger. I?m afraid to eat it since I don?t know what wasdone to it and will be making a call to the store. Worst Whataburger experience ever!
