Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Never been here and been done in under half an hour. This location has serious issues with service and speed. Today I was lucky because I was only kept waiting 25 minutes because there was a 12 minute wait for the chicken . I guess Popeyes CHICKEN didn 't expect people to be ordering CHICKEN. I don 't understand how you run out in the middle of a weekday at a chicken place but seems to happen every time. Meanwhile, as the parking lot fills up with waiting customers, employees are coming out to smoke in their cars for the whole time.

I order online and my order arrived completely wrong. I don't know what happened, maybe what I order was not available, but they sustitued what I order with whatever they wanted without letting me know. They could have canceled the order if my items were not available, but instead they did not notified me about the changes and they charged me the same amount even when the new item they replaced my order with was cheaper than what I order.

I ordered food for a party online at 245 to be ready at 4. With the amount of food I ordered it came to $80. I arrived at the restaurant at 420 to find they hadn’t even started making the order. When I finally got home with the food, half of the chicken order was missing. We didn’t have enough food to feed the people who came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was very disappointing. I submitted a review following receiving an email indicating I would like someone to follow up with me but nothing yet.

Rude people, never got waited after waiting for half an hour. LADY rudely stated they are short staffed to go elsewhere.

Drive-thru for a quick bite while on the road. I had to stop and go inside for napkins, and dipping sauce. Serving fast food is not difficult. Your workers can do better.
