A little expensive but has healthier choices than nearby restaurants. Has a very unique menu of rare items.

I would give the customer experience a 0/10. As a first time customer visiting from out of town, I walked in and did not see any sort of signage for a menu or how things work, so I simply asked the lady working, How does this work? to which she responded, What do you mean? I then had to fumble until she pointed to the menu signs behind me that are pretty hidden from plain view. I would suggest placing the menus above the cash register or at least above the bar, and also being kinder to your customers and helping walk them through the process. As a newer business, you should assume that a lot of your customers are also newer to your offerings and strive to make it a good experience for them. If none of these changes are implemented, I can only imagine that this place will end up like the others that have come and gone in this shopping complex. It 's really a shame, since I give my smoothie a 10/10.

Smoothies and bowls are usually pretty good but the lady that works there needs to brush up on her customer service.
