The deserts in this bakery are so good! Their flan and tornillos are the best. We’ve had their own rotisserie chicken with pan sobao and it’s delicious. Everything tastes so fresh. And the owners are so friendly.

Everything baked fresh and delicious. They even have a fresh baked Puerto Rican bread. So for you Latinos looking for an authentic bakery come try Evelyn’s.

WOW finally a true bakery in Spring Hill! The owners are really nice and the transformation of this new bakery looks beautiful compared to what was here before. The apple rugelach reminds me of a bakery in NYC and the small apple puffs are delicious as well. The coffee is nice and strong. They have empanadas as well, I tried the chicken one and of course it was yummy! They sell hot food and of course their bakery/pastries are all fresh and simply delicious. You can order cakes and from what I saw they are beautiful. I can't wait to try more of their selections. Highly recommend this new spot.

Finally got to check them out and I think I may have grabbed just about one of everything. I am definitely going to be making this a regular spot! I highly recommend the Quesitos! And then the Croquettas are seriously so on point, I should’ve grabbed like a dozen lol Very friendly and every single thing I had was delicious.
