Power Up Nutrition - Spring Hill

I love this place!! I am from Michigan I travel to Springhill a couple of times a year and this is a must stop for me. The smoothies are healthy and delicious. My Smoothie today was a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana. So Awesome

Shakes are amazing!!! Did not like the ordering process..they make u sign in and write it on a paper instead of just telling the cashier what you want..I can see where this would be helpful if they were really busy, but I was the only one in there. The people working also acted like they had no idea what they were talking about...I asked what was different about the post workout shake and the lady said well u drink that one after a work out...well DUH! I kept asking what wasin it that was different..I never did get a answer.

Love this place. Went this morning and the Staff was knowledgeable about the products. I got a banana berry shake and its so good. Just the right amount of sweetness. Its so good.

The shakes are delicious and the staff/owners are just as good! Excited to go back!

Ryan was so knowledgeable kind. I got the chocolate pb banana shake it was delicious. Love having a healthy alternative in Spring Hill.
