Rich and crunchy. The roasted lamb shank was like an over the top pot roast. It was fall off the bone and the vegetables and herbs made it very aromatic and rich. The coaco nibs were a surprise nutty and slightly bitter like coffee, with a welcomed crunch. The asparagus was slightly charred and tender with a bright lemon flavor, and the well salted fries were perfect to sop up the roast au gus. 3rd meal here and its been amazing fresh ingredients treated with skilled and artisan hands every time. Oh... and the cider is pretty darn good too :
The harvest salad is amazing. However, if I could have picked up my coffee creme brûlée dish and licked the sides cleaned without any odd looks, I would have! Always a treat to come here, not only for the drinks, but the eclectic menu. Well done! Our waitress Lisa was awesome as well.
We had Nanci as are server. She was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We had 7 different dishes for brunch and each were deliscious and worthy of repeating. The cider was wonderful too we will be stopping by whenever we are in town. Well done VDM
I had a wonderful birthday celebration at Vander Mill Ciders. Our waitress, who I believe was named Lindon B, was fantastic—she knew everything about the menu and the different ciders. We spent about two hours there, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I had the hot turkey sandwich, which was delicious. I'm already planning my next visit before they close in mid-November. Thank you, Vander Mill!
Amazing food, excellent drinks, great service fun atmosphere! We love that Standard Pizza Company is in the kitchen now!
