Contribuisci feedbackI enjoyed some excellent fresh lunch options and received good service during my visit. The staff seemed friendly, although masks can sometimes make it hard to connect with people. It's challenging not to see facial expressions or lip movements, which can lead to misunderstandings when communicating. While I don't support some of the current norms that feel a bit excessive, I also recognize the need to eat and keep going.
I had an excellent experience with customer service today! I had some issues with my subway card not recognizing the points I had activated. I visit this place at least twice a week. There was a lady who helped me—I'm sorry I can't recall her name, but I'll make sure to remember it on my next visit. She took another card, brought me to the front, and helped me set up a new account, which is now working perfectly! That's what I call great service! Plus, my sandwich was spot on. I enjoyed the food, and the service was quick. The person at the counter was as efficient as a robot, both in her work and her demeanor. It would have been nice if she had better listening skills.
