Zion Brewery - Springdale

This restaurant offers two delicious vegan burgers and a selection of tasty appetizers. The staff is very friendly, and they also have great beer!

This brewery is perfectly situated right next to the entrance of Zion National Park. The outdoor terrace is lovely, and there’s a nice seating area where you can enjoy a beer and a meal. As others have pointed out, the menu no longer clearly indicates vegan options. There are a few burgers available (with Impossible patties) that can be made vegan with some modifications (just skip the aioli). It’s great to have something we can eat, but overall, it felt a bit lacking.

The middle sea salad was largely reduced, with two-thirds of it removed from the menu, and the stuffed portabella was taken off as well. Additionally, our black bean burger was served with aioli, despite informing the waitress that we are vegan and requested a vegan option. Furthermore, the fries were served at only half-cool to room temperature.

The V on the menu means 'vegetarian ' not vegan. None of the options are by default vegan, and several of the options listed in the description are no longer on the menu. Their burger buns aren 't vegan (they contain egg) and their aioli also contains egg. You can get the veggie burger with no sauce and lettuce instead of buns, but it ends up being quite mediocre, especially for $17. If you have no other options for eating out and can 't cook your own food, it 's at least edible. But I can 't say much more than that about it.

Great place right outside of Zion. Excellent staff!
