Bamboo House - Springfield

A nice surprise if you like Vietnamese cuisine. We found this place while our normal Vietnamese restaurant was closed for vacation. Now Bamboo house is a place we visit to change things up. We enjoy eating Pho, and Bamboo House is doing a good job with theirs. They have fresh and fried spring rolls and other dishes as well. The staff are nice. I believe if you like Vietnamese food, that you be happy here.

I was recommended to try the butter chicken wings and they did not despise me; crispy, buttery, and filling, they are also beautifully garnished with fried wobbles. more satisfying was the Vietnamese fried rice, which was fluffy, sweet and full of texture. I'm back.

Absolutely love this place. Come from NC and NY for their butter fried chicken and clay pot salmon. Absolutely a must-have if you're in the area!

Lots of vegan/vegetarian options, wicked delicious and really fast service. A very clean little spot that feels very homey as well.
