Boston Road Pizza - Springfield

Nice place and really great food!! We have already made it our favorite pizza place when we are in Massachusetts!!

Despite these issues, I genuinely believe they serve the best pizza around. After living in the area for 44 years and having worked as a chef for 15 years, I've tried countless other places, but theirs stands out. One downside, though, is that their Reuben sandwich is a bit lacking in corned beef for its price of $10-12, so that's something they could improve on. Other than that, their service is usually very good.

This is my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood, and honestly, in all of Springfield! I don’t care what anyone else thinks. I've tried their calzones, grinders, pizza, pasta, and wings, and they always exceed my expectations. That marinara sauce? You definitely need to try it!

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious—the best chicken cutlet and cheese fries I've had in a long time. There was one hiccup; I ordered eggplant Parmesan for a vegan friend, but they mistakenly sent chicken Parmesan instead. To be fair, I think it was just a misunderstanding. However, when I called to resolve the issue, they quickly arranged for the delivery driver to bring the correct dish and asked me to return the wrong order. The new food arrived promptly, and everything tasted great. I'm really glad we decided to try this place out. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
