Los Rancheros - Springfield

I have always loved to eat at Los Rancheros but the restaurant has gone down hill fast in the last few months. My family ate there and they wanted to charge us $1.50 per person to have plastic silverware cups. No restaurant should charge you forsilverware and cups. That is price gauging at its finest. When I asked about it they said that they had been doing it for yearswhich is not true. Then they said that even if you get to-go orders you must pay for the plastic silverware cups. Therestaurant also does not accommodate in regards to seating.

I was staying at the hotel nearby and wanted a more homemade and less fast food lunch. It was just what I expected! Helpful and welcoming waiters, fresh homemade mexican food, great taste and fast service. The best option in the zone!!

Great food. Pleasing atmosphere. Very friendly staff! I enjoyed myself and my daughter loved all the colors !

Loved the food. Got the breakfast Quesadilla. Had a lot of flavor. Would definitely go again.

Smells like someone took a hot dump waiters usually take forever waited half an hour after I finished eating to get my check and say something 3 times but hey amazing food
