Mcdonald's - Springfield

Very clean great McDonald's with Great Customer service! It was nice to place my order and they got it right the first time! The good was hot as you would expect it to be. They also have Great coffee.

It is mcdonald’s and they have the standard menu and a fun playground for the children. it is a new and clean building. the service is in the rule meh and they are made of material or the machines are often down. I'm still going to go by because of the situation. child-friendly: playground that is great for small children.

The service here is terrible. do not come here unless they plan to wait for 6 hours. it's almost food. make her job or don't work at all.

Never the right! ask for a cheeseburg w/o Pickles.get a cheeseburg w nothing but pickles! another command came clear. go to my kids always mess up the order! milkshake, ice machine always seems b broken! who wants to eat fries that are left, for whom knows how long! ask them freshly cooked. with the trips the way they r, no one should sit old hard pommes that sit under a heat lamp! it's a matter of going in my area! they all are the same! the holdings to some of these young hired terrible! hand u die change, u my basically throw it and the walk falls on the floor. ask for sauce, no sauce, no serviettes! I sat in line w 3 of my children in backseat. waits in the line that a problem per se b can w the 2lanes u get the car full of respectful teens who seem to b very hungry r try to get into the line 1 after the order! let them just go! bcuz, if u ordered for them they still have to wait for their food! they won't get this in their thirsty brain! yes, after I was waiting for one. I have a window to pay. give them my money card. she says our machine is broken! what! why didn't you tell me about the order? well, her acceptance. well, no one has been sitting very closely now. I don't have any money on me, so I pay my card! how about I leave my license sick, go to the bank, the, come back to pay u. I have 3 children on the back who have starved here for a good 15 bor more minutes sitting! No, we can't! Why not! I'll give them my license with my name address. we can only! I give up! so I had to go. she was at the bank, who knows what they did with my food! the bag out? went to different McDonalds.always an experience! would just be nice if they could get order.

The drive thru seems to take 30 minutes, no matter how late I go there and no matter whether it is 2 cars or 10 cars in the line
