Contribuisci feedbackMy experience at McDonald's was the worst ever. On two separate occasions while visiting the Springfield location, I ordered a large regular coffee. Both times, I received a cup that was not even warm to the touch. When I asked for a fresh cup, the first time they refused to replace it but eventually gave me a warmer one. The next day, after waiting a few seconds at the drive-thru, they handed me the same cold cup again. The service was poor.
Sadly watching how 3 youngs hang around while an older man did all the work? Eat was in order, nuggets tasted like they were reheated, gods were fresh and hot...just on the side to this place. so unorganized?
Sitting here waiting for our food. It’s gotten very busy all of a sudden and evidently someone didn’t show up. I watched as everyone is hustling trying to get the orders out as soon as possible. The lady taking orders inside is exceptionally friendly and keeping her cool. I am pleasantly surprised.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was a complete disaster in the morning! There were only two staff members working, the menu boards were not working, customers were leaving the drive-thru, the men's restroom had standing water, and the manager was being rude and talking nonstop about everything. She even snapped at me when I tried to inform her about the restroom. The next restaurant off the same exit to the west was a much better experience. It was clean and the staff were accommodating, despite being understaffed. I will not be returning to this location again.
Rolled up and as I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin the menus blinked dark and then switched to lunch. The cashier just looked at me blankly and said we just switched to lunch. I get that you have to make a menu switch, but let 's not make a big deal over 12 seconds, okay?
